This smoothie doesn’t get any easier. You can count the ingredients on one hand, it takes about 2 minutes to make, and it tastes like dessert to boot! Instant happiness in a mug 🙂
Makes one large smoothie
200g pumpkin puree
approx. 200ml soya milk (more or less depending on how thick you want the smoothie to be)
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
50g silken tofu (optional)
Put everything in the blender and process until smooth. Enjoy!
