You may remember me telling you I never used to like peanut butter, but now I’m addicted.
I mean it–I’m hooked. I eat this stuff straight out of the jar. Next up, I’ll be trying other nut butters and even make them. Vegan nutella, you shall be mine.
So I thought instead of having yet another piece of toast with PB&J, I would try and have my new favourite food in another format.
Cue the smoothie. You guys know I love my smoothies.
250g fresh strawberries
150-200ml nut milk (depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be)
1-2 tbsps peanut butter (again, this depends on how peanutty you want your smoothie)
1 frozen banana
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Simple.
