Raspberry Breakfast Bliss



To be honest, I’d have this any time of day, that’s how good it is. 


Ingredients:
50g raspberries
30g oats
200ml hazelnut milk
water


Instructions:
In a small cup, soak the oats overnight in 2 parts water for 1 part oats. Blend the oats, with any leftover water, with the raspberries and hazelnut milk until smooth. Enjoy this blissful day 🙂



You may want to add sweetener such as agave syrup or stevia if the raspberries are a bit too tart for you. Personally, I like the zing of flavour as it hits my taste buds; it wakes me up. 


You can also use any non-dairy milk of your choice. Almond milk has a more delicate and creamy flavour, whereas hazelnut is deeply nutty, giving any drink extra depth. Soya milk is what you could call the “standard” non-dairy milk because it has a pretty nondistinctive flavour that can easily blend in with other foods (sort of like tofu).
